SPO3 Arthur Lascañas claims former mayor and now President Rodrigo Duterte ordered the killings in Davao.

Lascañas was tagged by a Senate resource person as the team leader of the Davao Death Squad. He admitted the existence of the group saying they were paid money with every killing they carry out.

He said:

Kadalasan P20,000, minsan P50,000 depende sa status ng target…P 100,000.

Last October, witness and self-confessed hitman Edgar Matobato tagged Lascañas as Duterte’s “right-hand man,” who then denied the existence of the DDS, saying that it was only hyped up by the media.

Now Lascañas affirms the existence of the DDS and supposedly admits to the atrocities instigated by the President.
